You have to use alt tags and descriptions because Google can’t read the image so it will read the description of the image and it will rank the image. Sometimes if your image got good ranking in Google it will drive traffic to your website. 

H1, H2, H3 tag

Use H1, H2, H3 tags properly in your content. Your main targeted keyword should be there in the H1 tag, and all the subtitles should be there in the H2 tag. From header tags, Google usually fetches all the keywords you are targeting.

Use Of Keyword In First And Last 100 Keywords

Most of the expert advice to use the targeted keyword in the first 100-150 words at least once and also in the last 100 words. If you will start using your main targeted keyword in the first 100 words it will be easy for your readers to understand better.

Use Long Tail Or LSI Keywords

As you have already know if you use the same keywords repeatedly then google will take that as keyword stuffing and can penalize your website.

So it’s better to use related long-tail keywords and some LSI keywords.

And also if you use more long-tail keywords from Google suggest and people also search section then you can satisfy more user intent. Because most of the people search for question in Google in long keyword form.

For LSI keywords you can use tools like LSIGraph that will give you good LSI keywords which you can use in your content.
